How to get notifications about events regarding my customers or resources

Task

Receive notifications about events regarding my customers or resources. 

Solution

To receive notifications about events related to clients or resources, set up email notifications:
  1. Click the Menu dropdown in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
  2. Open the Notifications tab, enter the notification name and email address, and select the types of events you want to be notified about.
