How to assign a role or a certain right to a specific user only

Task

Assign a role or a certain right to a specific user only.

Solution

Step 1. Create a role. If the role already exists, proceed to Step 2.
  1. Go to Menu → Settings → Roles tab.
  2. Click Add. Fill in the fields, select the role owner and a settings template. Review and save.
Step 2. Assign the role to a user.
  1. Go to Menu → Settings → Users tab.
  2. Click on the row with the user’s name.
  3. In the Assigned Roles section, click Add.
